Responsibility of EHS Focal Person:

• Work as Focal Person for all EHS related activities and communications.
• Discuss proposed Audit plans (internal and external) with EHSO in a coordination meeting well
ahead of the Audit day.
• Take preparation for audit (as required) using the supplied Internal EHSMS Audit Checklist and
coordinate with responsible persons with in the department/office.
• Coordinate with and guide audit team (for both internal and external audits).
• Assist to follow up the corrective actions of the identified non-conformities.
