Luyahan, write this letter for the formal discharge of the collateral of the loan of the deceased
Leocadio G. Luyahan with the closed Rural Bank of Santiago, Agusan del Norte. The said
collateral consists of a lot located at Tubay, Agusan del Norte with its Tax Declaration being
held by your good office as security.

Last July ____, 2017, I, personally paid at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Butuan) the
amount of ₱37,911.13 representing the principal amount of the loan with interest and other
costs charged to the account of the abovementioned borrower as previously determined by the
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Manila). Hence, the said loan secured by the collateral described
above has been fully paid and satisfied.
