Universal Design for Learning (UDL): Students will create their own image with information for worksheet on
ratios and proportional relationships. This will help wrap up the lesson on ratios and proportional
relationships. For the visually impaired students, I can enlarge the font so that they can see it more clearly.

Lesson idea implementation: The students will receive a handout with some ratio and proportional
relationship problems. They will be asked to solve these problems, then create an image using Inspiration 9
showing the problems and the answer to the problems.

The problems should take about 20 minutes to complete. Once that is completed, the students will have 30
minutes to work on their image. Once the students are completed with their image, they will email that
image to the teacher to be graded. It will be graded on accuracy as well as creativeness.

Reflective Practice: This is being a fun interactive way for the students to complete an assignment. They will
be able to show their creativity. This is designed as a wrap up lesson plan to the unit on ratios and
proportional relationships.
