COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

1. That ___________ AFP and was the subject of a complaint on August 2016 for
Support;

2. It cannot be overemphasized that I have secured so many loans for the education
of my child with her, as well as emergency loans for my health and other expenses
that arose through time. These loans have been secured a long time ago and were
not intended to evade my responsibility. I lead a simple life, and I am just attending
to my loans as they become due. Should I be able to pay for them in due time, I will
be willing to provide more for her, if need be.

3. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and
circumstances and for whatever legal purpose this may be necessitated.
