ORDER POLICY

Orders will be processed in 1 or 2 business days.


Our site is hosted on a 128-bit (SSL) encrypted server, which is the industry standard for secure commerce
transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it
cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to successfully process your order. To ensure discreet
shipping and privacy all packages shipped from KittyAccessory.com will be labeled KittyAccessory.com on the
outside of the shipping package.

Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to
properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping
address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately. Request to cancel your order must send us e-mail to
check your order status.

We will not accept any returns without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. (YOU MUST
SEND US E-MAIL Before you return items. Please read our Return Policy page.)

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept the following payment methods, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Google Checkout. Your Credit Card Charge
will appear as 'Gift & Jewelry World'.

We don't accept Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Check. Orders MUST paid by the following payment
methods, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Google Checkout.

CLEARANCE ITEMS
All sales are final on Clearance Items! (NO RETUNABLE)

BACK ORDERS
If an item is not available due to backorder on an order with multiple items, we will ship the remaining portion of
your order accordingly and notify you of the backorder item. Your credit card will be billed only for the items that
are being shipped and for the shipping method that you selected.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING


*USPS FIRST CLASS
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 to 7 business days for most cities.
- Shipping and Handling Fee will be automatically calculated by destination.

*USPS PRIORITY
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 4 business days for most cities.
- Shipping and Handling Fee will be automatically calculated by destination.

*USPS EXPRESS
- Estimated delivery time will be approximately 1 to 2 business days for most cities.
- Shipping and Handling Fee will be automatically calculated by destination.

** Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the
recipient, duty for international customer, etc.).

RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!

In the event that you wish to exchange or return your purchase, please thoroughly read the
following. You must adhere to the policy below, or your request for exchange or
return will be denied.

 We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following Items: All Clearance Items.
 Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorize by our return
department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
must be made with in 3 business days (14 business days for Thanksgiving
and Christmas Orders) from receipt of order via e-mail at
KittyAccessory@gmail.com.
 We must receive return merchandise within 14 business days after RMA
Number has been issued. Exceptions for international and APO orders; please inquire
at time of request for RMA#. Return freight charges are prepaid by customer.
Collect shipments will be refused.
 Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition and
packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition. The
return item must have the original labels and tags still attached and undamaged.
Items altered in any way, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or
perfume will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which may cause
damage to the original packaging box. Damaged packaging box will not be accepted
for return.
Do not send your return order without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
RMA# must be clearly marked on outside of shipping box, or the package will be refused.

EXCHANGES
 Exchange must be equal or higher amount. If exchange item is lower amount, the
difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. Difference
amount can not be refunded.
 Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed. Exchange
orders will be shipped Regular Ground Service.
