Introduction
As we are very concerned about the safety of our workers and the welfare of them, we
feel responsible and have the duty to attack all accidents that have occurred in this last
time. For that we will work with experts in prevention to give greater security to workers.

Development
Devote yourself to the high risk that mining work is considered due to the conditions in
which the company, the supervisor and the staff are presenting it on a daily basis must be
able to take into account the self-care of each worker and we must do so by means of the
preventive ones, to have the necessary safety implements for each area in which the
workers are located and in cases where some type of accident that contains the necessary
safety equipment has occurred.

Conclusion
As a company we are very confident with this initiative in which we want to provide the
greatest safety to our workers and thus avoid the greatest number of accidents for our
workers and our company.

It is hoped that these measures can reduce the present unpunctuality, adding a good
corporate image, demonstrating professionalism and commitment on the part of the
workers.
