Good day.

We are hereto submitting before your Honorable Office the

Complaint-Affidavit together with the attachments, of complainant
ELIZABETH JANE M. BRACKEN, in behalf of her minor daughter, MARIE
JOSEPHINE M. BRACKEN, for violation of Art 266-A (Rape) of the
Revised Penal Code against JOSE PROTASIO “JP” M. RIZAL.

We hereby plead that after receipt of the foregoing Complaint-

Affidavit and upon due consideration, that a criminal case be filed for
violation of Art 266-A (Rape) of the Revised Penal Code against JOSE
PROTASIO “JP” M. RIZAL. We further request that our entry of
appearance for all respondents be noted and entered in the records.
Accordingly, should this request be granted, we pray that we be furnished
copies of notices and similar issuances relative to this case at the office
address of our firm.
