RULES & REGULATIONS N

1. Registration Deadline: 28th July 2018
2. Entries will be accepted on “first come first serve” basis and limited
to 64 pairs for Men’s double & 32 pairs for Mixed doubles.
3. This tournaments will be feature the 3 categories:
a) Men’s Doubles (15 - 35 years old)
b) Men’s Doubles (36 - 55 years old)
c) Mixed Doubles (Open)
4. Registration fee:
a) RM 180 per pair
**(RM 60 will be donated to selected school)
** All participants are entitled to get FREE GOODIES worth RM 300
5. All participants must complete the payment before deadline.
Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases.
6. Please make sure that all participants fit the established age category,
violation will be automatically result in disqualification.
7. State and national player are NOT ALLOWED to participate.
8. Tournament Rules
a) Tournament will be play as a single elimination where the loser of
each match-up is immediately eliminated from the tournament.
b) From preliminary 1, 2 & Last 16, all the participants will be played
a Single set of 21 points.
c) For the Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, 3rd/4th Placing & Final, all the
participants will played Best of 3 Set of 11 points.
9. Each participant is allowed to participate in ONE (1) category only.
10. All Participants should be present their original Identity Card (IC)
during the event day for the technical reasons when required.
11. All the decision of the umpire and organizer are final.
12.The event organizer reserves the right to any decision made through
out the tournament and no damage shall be claimed from event
organizer or sponsor.
