    Daniela Ibarra, Student Representative; Paula Machado, Region 4; Alberto Mendoza, Executive
    Director; Rafael Mejia, Region 1; Dianna Náñez, Region 7; Maria Peña, VP Print; Blanca Rios,
    Region 6; Miguel Rosa, Spanish At-Large Officer; Joe Ruiz, VP Online; Rosalba Ruiz, Region 3

    Directors Absent: Rolando Arrieta, VP Broadcast; Maclovio Pérez, Region 5; Michelle Rindels,
    Financial Officer; Javier Palmera, General At-large Officer

    Guests: Chris Yen of Covington, BA Snyder of Veritas

    Blanca Rios motioned to go into executive session at 7:07 p.m. Maria Peña seconded. Motion
    passed.

    Maria Peña motioned to end executive session at 7:57 p.m. Dianna Náñez seconded. Motion
    passed.

    Brian De Los Santos motioned to adjourn meeting. Dianna Náñez seconded. Meeting adjourned
    at 7:58 p.m.
