Ambience (Environment)
Ambience/ Environment was defined to include everything (physical, non-physical) for
child friendly, that is physical infrastructure, attitude
members should accept that a child is a child.
Environment should be like home. Physical Environment: Location, rooms and
ventilation, separate counselling room
Non-physical Environment (Gestures): Receiving, Acceptance, Non-judgmental
attitude, Listening to the child
