CROSS PRAYER

Oh Adorable Lord, and Saviour Jesus Christ, You have suffered death on the
Cross, for our sins. Oh Holy Cross of Jesus, be my true light! Oh Holy Cross, fill my
soul with good thoughts. Oh Holy Cross, ward off from me all things that are evil.
Oh Holy Cross, ward off from me all dangers and deaths and give me life
everlasting! Oh Crucified Jesus of Nazareth, have mercy on me now and forever.
In honour of the Precious Blood of Jesus, His death, resurrection and
ascension which lead to everlasting life; true as Jesus was born on Christmas Day;
true as Jesus was crucified on Good Friday; true as Joseph and Nicodemus took
Jesus down from the Cross and buried Him; true as Jesus ascended into Heaven,
may He preserve me from my enemies visible and invisible forever. Oh Lord Jesus
Christ, have mercy on me! Mary and Joseph, pray for me. Lord Jesus Christ,
through Your suffering the Cross, grant me strength to bear the Cross without
fear or dread and give me the grace that I may follow You. Amen.

PRAYER TO THE HOLY SPIRIT

Soul of my soul, I adore You. Enlighten, guide, strengthen and console me.
Tell me what I ought to do and command me to do it. I promise to be submissive
in all that You shall ask me and to accept all that You permit to happen to me.
Breathe into me, Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may be holy. Move in me,
Holy Spirit, that my work may be holy. Attach my heart, Holy Spirit, that I may
love only what is holy. O Holy Spirit, Soul of my soul, Life of my life, I adore You, I
worship You, I bow down before You and I bless Your Holy name. Heal me, Holy
Spirit, of all my sicknesses, wounds, spiritual, physical and emotional. Amen.

PRAYER FOR PROTECTION

Abba Father, have mercy on us people for we are sinners, save us on the
last day of judgement, keep us in Your protection, circle us with Your ring of
protection now (3).
Lord Jesus, by faith in Your merits, I now take Your Precious Blood and
anoint  myself and my family, right from the crown of our heads to the very
soles of our feet. I claim total and complete protection for my life and my family.
Lord Jesus, keep us free today from evil, sin, temptation, satan’s attacks
and afflictions, fear of darkness, fear of man, sickness, diseases, doubts, anger,
all calamities, and from all that is not of Your Kingdom. Fill us, Lord Jesus, with the
light of Your Holy Spirit, and grant us the gifts of wisdom, knowledge, faith,
understanding and discernment, so that we will today live in Your glory by doing
what is right. I praise You, Jesus; I thank You, Jesus; I love You and adore You,
Lord Jesus.
HEALING PRAYER

Heavenly Father, I call on You right now in a special way. It is through Your
power that I was created. Every breath I take, every morning I wake, and every
moment of every hour I live under Your power.
Father, I ask You now to touch me with that same power, For if You created
me from nothing, You can certainly recreate me. Fill me with the healing power of
Your Spirit. Cast out anything that should not be in me. Mend what is broken.
Root out any unproductive cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild
any damaged areas. Remove all inflammation and cleanse any infection. Let the
warmth of Your healing love pass through my body to make new any unhealthy
areas so that my body will function the way You created it to function. And
Father, restore me to full health in mind and body so that I may serve You the
rest of my life.
I ask this through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

PRAYER FOR MARY’S PROTECTION

Dear Lady of Perpetual Help, Spotless Mother of God, we choose Thee as the
Mistress and Lady of this house. Guard it, dearest Mother, from pestilence,
lightning, fire and tempest, from schisms and heresies, from and the malice of
enemies. Protect those who dwell herein, most loving Mother, and preserve them
from sudden death. Keep us from all sin and harm and pray for us, that we may
serve God faithfully here and afterwards enjoy with Thee for evermore the blissful
vision of His Face. Amen.

NOVENA TO INFANT JESUS

O Jesus, Who has said, ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find,
knock and it shall be opened to you, through the intercession of Mary, Thy Most
Holy Mother, I knock, I seek and I ask that my prayer may be granted.

O Jesus, Who has said, all that you ask of the Father in My Name, He will
grant you, through the intercession of Mary, Thy Most Holy Mother, I humbly and
urgently ask Thy Father in Thy Name, that my prayer be granted.

shall not pass,” through the intercession of Mary, Thy Most Holy Mother, I feel
confident that my prayer will be granted.

PRAYER TO MARY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Knowing that you are our loving Mother, mindful not only of our spiritual but
likewise temporal necessities, I come to you, O Virgin Mary, with submissive and
humble heart beseeching you to assist me in my present financial worry.
Due to unseen circumstances, I am in dire need and financial
embarrassment, unable to pay my honest debts. I ask not for wealth, dear
Mother, if possession of it is not in accordance with the holy will of God. I merely
beg for the assistance which will enable me to satisfy my pressing obligations.
I believe, dear Mother, that you are the Queen of heaven and earth, and
that you have acquired by virtue of your wonderful dignity a sweet jurisdiction
over all creation. I believe that you are not only rich and bountiful but extremely
kind and generous to all your loving children. I plead with you then, dear Mother,
to obtain for me the help I so urgently need in my present financial difficulty.
I thank you, dear Lady, and promise to publish far and wide the marvels of
your glorious intercession. Amen.

PRAYER TO MARY FOR EMPLOYMENT

You, O Mary, Help of Christians, who once experienced the hardships and
difficulties of acquiring the temporal necessities of life, look with compassion
upon me now faced with the same difficulties and help me to find suitable
employment. I am anxious, dear Mother, to be gainfully engaged in work that will
relieve my temporal needs without in any way endangering the spiritual well-
being of my soul. Direct me to employment that will enable me fittingly to provide
for myself and my dependents.
I am confident that you will heed my prayers, O Immaculate Mother, and
grant my request. In return I shall publish your goodness that others may know
the favour you enjoy with Almighty God unto His greater honour and glory. Amen.

EXORCISM PRAYER

In the Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and God, strengthened by the
intercession of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, Mother of God, of blessed Michael the
Archangel, of the blessed Apostles Peter and Paul and all the Saints, we
confidently undertake to repulse the attacks and deceits of the devil. God arises,
His enemies are scattered and those who hate Him flee before Him.
As smoke is driven away, so are they driven, as wax melts before the fire, so do
the wicked perish in the presence of God.

V: Behold the Cross of the Lord, flee bands of enemies.

R: He has conquered the lion of the tribe of Judah, the offspring of David.
V: May Your mercy, Lord, descend upon us.
R: As great as our hope is in You.

We drive you from us, whoever you may be, unclean spirits, all satanic
powers, all infernal invaders, all wicked legions, assemblies and sects; in the
Name and by the power of our Lord Jesus Christ  may you be snatched away and
driven from the Church of God and from the souls made in the image and likeness
of God and redeemed in the most Holy and Precious Blood of the Divine Lamb. 
Most cunning serpent, you shall no more dare to deceive the human race,
prosecute the Church, torment God’s elect and sift them as wheat. 

The Most High God commands you,  He with whom, in your great
insolence, you still claim to be equal, “He who wants all men to be saved and
come to the knowledge of the truth”. God the Father commands you God the
Son commands you  God the Holy Spirit commands you  Christ, God’s word
made flesh commands you . He who came to save our race outdone through
your envy “humbled Himself, becoming obedient even unto death”. He who has
built His Church on the firm rock and declared that the gates of hell shall not
prevail against her, because He will dwell with her “all days even to the end of
the world”. The Sacred sign of the Cross commands you  as does the power of
the mysteries of the Christian faith.  The glorious Mother of God, the Virgin Mary
commands you  She who by her humility and from the first moment of her
Immaculate Conception, crushed your proud head. The faith of the Holy Apostles
Peter and Paul and of the other Apostles commands you  the blood of martyrs
and the pious intercession of all Saints commands you 

Thus, cursed dragon, and you diabolical legions, we adjure you by the living
God  by the true God  by the Holy God  by the God who so loved the world
that He gave up His only Son, that every soul believing in Him might not perish
but have life everlasting. Stop deceiving human creatures and pouring out on
them the poison of eternal damnation. Stop harming the Church and hindering
her liberty. Begone satan, inventor and master of all deceit, enemy of man’s
salvation. Give place to Christ in whom you have found none of your works; give
place to the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, acquired by Christ at the
price of His most Holy and Precious Blood. Stoop beneath the all powerful Hand of
God, tremble and flee when we invoke the Holy and powerful Name of Jesus, this
Name which causes hell to tremble, this Name to which the Virtues, powers and
Dominations of Heaven are humbly submissive, this Name which the Cherubim
and the Seraphim praise unceasingly repeating; Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord, the
God of Armies.
V: O Lord, hear my prayer
R: And let my cry come unto You.
V: May the Lord be with you
R: And also with you.

Let us pray: God of Heaven, God of earth, God of Angels, God of Archangels,
God of Patriarchs, God of Prophets, God of Apostles, God of Martyrs, God of
Confessors, God of Virgins, God who has the power to give life after death and
rest after work, because there is no other god other than You and there can be no
other, for You are the Creator of all things, visible and invisible, of whose reign
there will be no end. We humbly prostrate ourselves before Your Glorious Majesty
and we beseech You to deliver us by Your power, from all tyranny of the infernal
spirits, from their snares, their lies and their furious wickedness, deign O Lord, to
grant Your powerful protection and to keep us safe and sound we beseech You
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

From the snares of the devil, deliver us O Lord, that Your Church may serve
You in peace and liberty. We beseech You to hear us. That You will crush all
enemies of Your Church, we beseech You to hear us.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle, be our safeguard
against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly
pray and do thou O prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, bind and
cast into hell, satan and all the other evil spirits who roam the earth seeking the
ruin of souls. Amen.

Mary, Queen of all angels and saints, pray for us who have recourse to thee.
