Aquatic Center Rules and Policies

 No store-prepared, restaurant, self-prepared or any other form of “Group

Catering” is permitted during regular hours of operation at any City of
Irving waterpark facilities. Concessions are available for purchase at these
locations.
 Coolers, bags, boxes or containers carrying personal food items will be
assessed a $5.00 fee each and are subject to inspection upon entry. Storage
space is NOT available for outside food, drinks, or cake at any time.
 Proper swimwear is required for water entry. Men’s swimwear must
include netting, and all swimwear must be recognizable as being designed
and sold for use in a pool environment. Patrons may also be required to
show proof of swimwear before entering the facility. The pool supervisor
has final discretion on acceptability
 Children under the age of 8 MUST be within arm’s reach of a responsible
adult (18yr+) and will be required to wear a yellow wristband at all times.
The adult must have appropriate swim attire.
 Only U.S. Coast Guard approved floatation devices are permitted.
 All facility rules and regulations must be followed. The pool supervisor has
final discretion on rule interpretation and application.
