ORDER OF COURT

Entered: July 6, 2018

On May 18, 2018, the Clerk sent a letter to the parties disclosing that a judge who
participated in the court's March 25, 2016 Judgment held a financial interest in a party to the case
during the time the case was pending, though he was unaware of it at the time. The appellant's
response has been referred to the remaining two panel members, without the participation of the
recused judge.

Upon consideration of the appellant's response, the court's mandate issued on May 17, 2016
is recalled, and the judgment entered on March 25, 2016 is vacated. The Clerk is directed to assign
this case to a new panel for further review.
