Project Description
The project “Autocare System“ is developed for an automobile service center,
which could enhance the day-to-day activities with efficiently and accurately. This
application is based on client server architecture. This is an application used for
completely automating the different activities like purchasing, quotation generation,
job card generation, invoice preparation, inventory management. We can also
customize Vendors profile, which can accessible and editable. This project deals with
various modules called Purchase, Quotation, Job card, Invoice, Inventory. This system
also generates the reports in their corresponding modules to get the overview of
different tasks described above.
Responsibilities
• Participated in preparation of Test Plan.
• Preparation of Test scenarios and Test cases.
• Involved in writing Test scripts using TSL in Win Runner.
• Acting as a BCC for this project.
• Conducted Functional and Regression Testing.
• Preparation of MOM documents and Weekly Bug Reports.

Project Description
The project “Material Tracking System“ is developed for the Enterprise
Resource Planning domain through which we can trace out the status of the specified
material using their unique Id given to that material. This project contains three
modules that are Purchase, Storage and Delivery. These Purchase module deals with
the activities like purchase requisition, quotation preparation, placing purchase order
and managing the material till the GateIn, and also it maintains the details about the
vendors. Stores module deals with the classification of material and inventory
management of the materials in the Stores. Delivery module deals with how the
products are packed, managing goods in warehouse, till the delivery to various
Customers. Using this project we can trace the material at any stage.
Responsibilities
• Preparation of Test Scenarios, functional Test cases and execution of Test
cases.
• Extensively performed manual testing process to ensure the quality of the
software.
• Executing Test cases and sending to Bug-tracking tool.
• Conduction and participation of Peer Reviews.
• Preparation of MOM documents.
• Participated in Win Runner KT sessions
Project # 3
Project Description
This system automates different tasks of a hospital. The system deals with six
major modules such as Outpatients, Inpatients, Doctors information, Diagnostics and
Stores. Outpatients’ module deals with accepting new patient’s information and in
posting charges on medicine, consultation & diagnosis. Inpatients modules deals with
accepting new admitted patient’s information and charges imposed on a patient such
as room charges, doctors special visit, medicine and diagnosis. In doctors modules
the information about the doctors will available according to their specialization.
Room information module gives the view about the availability of the A/C rooms,
ordinary rooms and bed information in the general wards. Diagnosis module deals
with the different types of tests conducted for In/Out patients. Stores module deals
with stock maintenance of medicines and other goods. It also generates the reports
to get the overview of the tasks described above.
