• Being influential, persistent, and resolute I developed purchasing and production standardization for Tri-Flo
International Inc., an oil and gas OEM, as it related to the facilities and equipment including the customer needs, in
conclusion creating efficiency in time management of all production & special projects.
• Negotiated with vendors to managed in-house inventory system increasing availability and reducing on-hand
inventory cost through-out Wenzel Downhole Tools US Inc.
• Improved profitability and reduced inventory cost by negotiating consignment deals extending terms to vendors that
resulted in a higher profit margin resulting in an overall reduction of 52% in total cost of goods sold.
• Created a CRM (Customer Relation’s Management) Software program based on MS-Access which developed
customized service after the sale implemented a warranty service database for company wide use on customer
accounts, greatly improving service and customer satisfaction.
• Utilized material resource planning and just in time (Lean) requisition techniques, reducing complaints, missed
deliveries, and stock–on–hand discrepancies increasing productivity with reduce cost.

Purchasing Management
• Consolidated product purchases through contract negotiations with solitary vendors resulting in an overall 52% cost
reduction and increased inventory availability.
