    teacher the “best teacher” for his/her students. It
    may be teacher factor or student factor. Here, we
    Interest Inspiration Thankful identified four factors that makes a teacher the
    “best teacher” - which are (a) Discipline, (b)
    Teaching Strategies, (c) Impact to the students,
    and (d) Characteristics of the Teacher.
