5. That Exhibit “E” (FIREARM -ONE (1) UNIT OF .38 CALIBER REVOLVER)

is incompetent in the case;

6. That EXHIBIT “F” (SIX (6) PCS. OF LIVE AMMUNITIONS FOR .45

CALIBER PISTOL) is incompetent in the case;

7. That EXHIBIT “G” ( THREE (3) PCS. OF LIVE AMMUNITIONS) are

incompetent in the case;
