 Executive Summary / Abstract

Management is the application of theories into practice, as an MBA student we will be

the theoretical aspects only. Internship training gives is the best opportunity to know the practical
application of business. The training enables us to know the pain and gain of business that makes
us to think in advance in which area we have to concentrate hardly.

Internship training is a stepping stone to get success in the future business. Because
experience make easy for taking decision in future business problems.

The internship report contains the details about business concerning as Four Brain
Technologies. The objective of the internship is true understand of the company as the intern. I
have visited factory around 30 days.

I have observed and interacted with the heads and key people in the 8 department of the
organization. These departments are Development department, production, Staffing, Training,
marketing department, system department, and human resource department.

The data are derived through direct observation & interaction and company’s brochure
and records.

The manager learning of this internship method of forming a department manager

functions, daily work and duties and responsibilities of peoples in the department. The
