Key accountabilities
• Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies and programs to
improve compliance effectiveness and address risks to review to
revenue
• Monitor and report on initiatives, strategies and compliance programs
to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs
• Contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and
communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational
consistency and adoption of best practice
• Implement a structured project planning framework in accordance with
approved standards
• Maintain an awareness of developments within compliance and audit
activities and adopt new developments as appropriate to ensure that
projects are undertaken with best practice methodologies
• Undertake projects and corporate initiatives while liaising with clients
to ensure requirements are discussed and best practice techniques are
utilised
Key challenges
• Providing high quality client services while adhering to required
timeframes. Being responsive to client requests for information and
advice by agreeing on priorities and strategies to respond to client
needs
• Assisting in the timely collection and dissemination of accurate
information and intelligence in a high volume work area with competing
priorities

This role has autonomy and makes decisions that are under their direct control. It refers to a
manager for decisions that require significant change to program outcomes or timeframes or are
likely to escalate or require submission to a higher level of management. This role is fully

deliverables and outcomes.

Essential requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Exposure to BABOK [Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) highly regarded]
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma [Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green belt highly regarded]
