    Starting Procedure for Aux.

    Boiler for Cargo Operation:

    1. Confirm two Generators running on Load.

    2. Start SW Circulating Pump for C.O.P.T. Vacuum Condenser.

    3. Start Condensate Pump for C.O.P.T. Vacuum Condenser.

    4. Change over Steam Dumping Valve from T/G Vacuum Condenser to C.O.P.T. Vacuum
    Condenser. Confirm OPEN position of the valves before and after Automatic Dump
    Valve.

    5. Confirm Boiler F.O. Temperature Controller( Purifier Room) set at temperature


    corresponding to 18sct, obtain the set Temperature from Bunker Analysis Report or
    C/E.

    6. Confirm Boiler F.O. Pressure Controller set at 2.0 Mpa.

    7. Confirm FWC, AIR FLOW and FUEL controller on AUTO.

    8. Start Aux Boiler by pushing “ BASE BRN” start button.

    9. Monitor starting cycle and confirm boiler started.

    10. Change Aux Boiler mode to NOR.

    11. Start Main Feed Pump and stop Aux Feed Pump, monitor boiler water level and for
    proper operation of the Feed Control Valve.

    12. Change Aux Boiler Control to AUTO.

    13. Change over T/G control power to Proportional with D/G.
