AFFIDAVIT FOR IMPORTING CHAINSAW

accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That I asked xxx to buy a baby chainsaw in (outside the

Philippines) as he/she works there;

2. That xxx purchased a 45CC 45MM PETROL CHAINSAW at

MAKRO in (outside the Philippines), which is a baby
chainsaw;

3. That I intend to use the 45CC 45MM PETROL CHAINSAW

baby chainsaw for personal use and for legal purposes only
to prune the branches, shrubs, bushes in the family garden
and for landscaping our garden;

4. That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for the purpose of securing the
necessary permits under the law.
