What is Low Level Format

Low Level Format Tool re-initializes the StoreJet Hard Drive. The
main reason to do this is attempt to revitalize your infected or corrupted
hard drive.

All data will be fully and irreversibly erased from your Hard Disk.
Please back up the data before doing the Low Level Format Tool.

What is StoreJet Format Tool

The StoreJet Format Tool provides to reformat your StoreJet Hard
Drive.

Please backup all of the data on your StoreJet drive before

running this tool.

How to use Low Level Format
1. Click “Scan Device” button

Note:
1. Support Transcend StoreJet only.
2. Check the device4is connected to PC correctly.
2. Select a device that you want to format.

3. Click “Low Level Format” button.

Note:
1. During the Low Level Format Process. All data will be fully
and irreversibly erased.
2. Please back up the data before doing the Low Level Format
Tool.

4. Press “Start” to run start. Or press “Cancel” to exit

5. Wait the process finish.

1. Press “Stop” button can interrupt the process.
2. Once the process stop or finish. Please use StoreJet
Format Tool to format it again. (See page11)

How to use StoreJet Format Tool
1. Click “Scan Device” button and search StoreJet Drive.

Note:
1. Support Transcend StoreJet only.
2. Check the device8is connected to PC correctly.
2. Select a device that you want to format.

3. Click “StoreJet Format Tool” button.

4. Confirm the selection as below.

A. USB Device : StoreJet Transcend

B. Drive To Format : Whole Hard Disk
C. Capacity : Check if the capacity is right
D. File System : NTFS or FAT32

5. Press “Start” to start formatting StoreJet

6. Press “OK” to continue format process

7. You should see status message “Finish” or “O.K.”

8. Safety remove StoreJet From your PC
