your kind attention

Note: Please find below for summary 2nd submission :

GI :

1. Not submit Tender A , submit Two Tender B1 & B2 – Alternative proposed

2. Comply All contract conditions

3. Construction period for Tender B1 is 6 weeks (exclusive Thetre seestings TS 01 & Vondom Faz series -OF 01 ,OF
03 need total 10 weeks )

4. Construction period for tender B2 is 6 weeks (exclusive Thetre seestings TS 01 need total 10 weeks )

5. For chair CH01a (Aspen chair) and CH07 (Zazzle chair), KIAN advised they only produce these chair in Black or
White only , About grey colour follow Design specification they required minimum quantity order is at least 300 units

KINGSMEN

1. There is only Kingsmen submit Tender A –comply with specification ( follow confirmation from Mr Long Propject
Director via phone this everning )

2. They submitted tender B Alternative proposed

3. Comply All contract conditions

4. Construction period for Tender A is 13 weeks

5. Construction period for tender B is 6 weeks

TTT:

1. Not submit Tender A , submit Two Tender B1 & B2 – Alternative proposed

2. Comply All contract conditions

3. Construction period for Tender B1 is 6 weeks

4. Construction period for tender B2 is 69 days & Proposed some alternative contract conditions

Alternative proposal on the theatre seat TS01 is not accepted. This make Kingsmen tender price gone up to VND
12,693,805,946 (exc VAT) for their alternative proposal which is higher than GI.
