Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed are
deemed as failed transaction. In such transaction money will be refunded within 10- 15
working days

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPECIAL ENTRY DHARSHANAM :

 At the time of entry , all pilgrims shall provide the same original photo id used
during booking age proof shall be produced for children below 12 years to gain
entry free of cost.
 The pilgrims shall wear Traditional dress only.
 All the pilgrims in group ticket have to report together
 The pilgrims shall not carry any luggage/ electronic gadgets while bookings
 TTD reserves the right of cancellation of dharshanam under special
circumstances

NOTE:

Pilgrims opting for 10:00, 11:00, 5:00, 6:00 slots special entry Dharshanam can also book
NANDANAM hotel rooms but subject to availability

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION IN TIRUMALA:

 Accommodation will not be provided for a single person

 Pilgrims can book accommodation with a minimum of one day in advance and
maximum of 120 days
 Pilgrims can book only one room . subsequent booking can be done only after 90
days from the last availed accommodation date for Tirumala and Tirupati separately
 Multiple selection of accommodation is not allowed
 The id proof given during bookings process should be carried ( original copy) for
using accommodation
 No cancellation will be allowed one day before the using date

 The reporting point for using seva is at VQC-1 AT TIRUMALA
