Conduct of 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill

In pursuant to Deped Order no. 48, s 2012 on the conduct of the Nationwide
Earthquake drill the Division office issued Division Memo no. 152, s.2017. Bagnen
Elementary School tied up with Bagnen National High School, Bagnen Oriente
Elementary School and Gotang Primary School in conducting the 2nd quarter earthquake
drill on June 30, 2017.
There were 109 pupils with their teachers, 10 parents and 10 BLGU participated
during the earthquake drill. The duck, cover and hold was executed by pupils and junior
high schools going to the identified evacuation area. This was led by the Boy scout of
Bagnen National High School with the assistance of school nurse, Mrs. Daisy Patingan.
In the evacuation area, attendance was checked by the teachers to ensure if the
pupils were complete in attendance or somebody was missing, injured, and trapped.
Evaluation of the activity followed after.
