    In the interest of the service and in view of the increase in the national equivalent road length
    of Cebu 6th District Engineering Office for a total of 125.116 kilometers subsequent to the
    conversion of various local roads into a national roads thru Department Order (0.0.) No. 1~
    series of 2013 and the implementation of road widening projects along the portion of
    Canduman-Cebu North Road and AC Cortes Ave. which were completed and funded under the
    GAA for FY 2014 and 2015, respectively, pursuant to Item No.2 of D.O. No. 110/ series of
    2016, the Cebu 6th District Engineering Office, Region VII is hereby reclassified
    from 3rd Class DEOto 2nd Class DEO.

    This Order shall take effect immediately.
