1. Director of membership
I am willing to be the head director of membership because I want to build a strong bond in
IEOM family. I will fully support of the program created by the President or the program created
by the Director of Program/Activities. My target looks simple, but it will need a hard work to do
it. I will create initiatives of each individual to feel us as new family, I want the student of IE have
good ‘friendship’ with each member in and outside the campus. My target is want to make them
bond into a family, so it will feels like everlasting IE family, until we have graduated, so we still
feel as a family of IE. How to do it? I have special skills in communication, interpersonal, i will
encourage each individuals to join the program created by IEOM, I will not let ‘any’ one of us to
be separatism, I will positioned myself as neutral as possible with persuasive way, so I can
courage them to support our activities, so we can build a strong bond. My experience, I was the
head of KJSB 2015-2017, and now I still be the student ambassador Sampoerna Universty, then I
will use my previous experience to develop the IEOM in future.
