ASSIGNED IN BARANGAY HEALTH STATION

1. Perform initial assessment and refer patient to right Doctors.

2. Treat minor injuries/wound dressing.
3. Administer vaccines and medication as Physician’s order.
4. Conversed with patient and patient’s relatives and instructed them on home care.
5. Removal of suture as Physician’s order.
6. Blood glucose monitoring on patients with Diabetes Mellitus.
7. Blood pressure monitoring on hypertensive patients with hypertension.
8. Coordinating with medical staff and allied health worker to improve patient care.
9. Assist midwife during prenatal check-up.
10. Monitor vital signs and total Fetal heart tone.
11. Take history of the patient concerning the pregnancy last menstrual period, the last delivery
before the current pregnancy.
12. Referral of patient to hospital of choice.
