Setting up People Resources
Project works with three types of resources: work, material, and
cost resources. Work resources are the people and equipment that do the work of the project.
1. On the View menu, click Resource Sheet
2. In the Resource Sheet view, click the cell directly below the Resource Name column heading. 3. Type any employee name, press Enter 4. Project creates a new Resource 5. Type the fields such as type,Max. Units field and press Enter 6. In Project, you set up people and equipment resources in exactly the same way because people and equipment are both examples of work resources.
