For information of the FBI Laboratory, HEIDI M.

ALLEN, an eighteen year old white female, DOB 9/14/75,
disappeared from her employment as a cashier at the D & W
Convenience Store located in New Haven, New York on Easter
Sunday, April 3, 1994.

At approximately 5:55 a.m. ALLEN open the D & w

Convenience Store located at the Intersection of Routes 104
and 104B, New Haven, New York. ALLEN drove her own car to the
store and was followed there by her boyfriend of three years,
BRETT LAW, who followed in his own car. After opening the
store, BRETT LAW remained until approximatel y 6:30 a.m. and
then returned to his home.

Between 6:30 a.m. and 7:42 a.m. the cash register

receipts show numerous customers visited the store. All these
customers have been interviewed and reporting nothing out of
the ordinary at the store.

At 7:43 a.m. a customer was at the store and was

unable to locate the cashier. After another customer arrived
and both were unable to find HEIDI ALLEN, one of the customers
flagged down a passing Oswego County Sheriff's Deputy at 7:55
a.m. and a search was then started for ALLEN. Investigation
determined no money was missing from the store and no
inventory stolen. There was no sign of a struggle and a
silent alarm hooked up to the Oswego County Sheriff's
Department was not activated. HEIDI ALLEN's car was still
parked next to the store and her car keys, coat and personal
belongings were still in the store. Investigation conducted
by the Oswego County Sheriff's Department and the FBI have
established two probable suspects. The suspects are
identified as RICHARD P. THIBODEAU, a white male, DOB 5/16/46,
SSAN 030-34-5144, residing RR #2, Box 89, Route #104, Mexico,
New York and RICHARD THIBODEAU's brother, GARY THIBODEAU, aka
GARY BOLVIN, white male, DOB 10/17/53, FBI #709375J4. RICHARD
THIBODEAU, a customer at the convenience store, was the last
customer that purchased merchandise from HEIDI ALLEN. The
last cash register transaction on the cash register tape
indicated at 7:42 a.m. two packs of cigarettes were purchased.
A $5 bill was tendered and change of $1.38 was given.
Interview of THIBODEAU verifies he purchased two packs of
cigarettes and paid using a $5 bill and received $1.38 in
change. The previous customer exiting, the store, passed
THIBODEAU outside the store as THIBODEAU was entering the
store. This customer departs the store and recalls seeing
THIBODEAU's white Chevy van parked in front of the store and
provided the license plate number of the van one number off
from the correct license plate number. The next customer
