Sebagai respons kepada peningkatan dalam kos pengeluaran dan persaingan, Ketua Pegawai Eksekulif yang baru dilantik, Encik Tahar Rahim merancang untuk menaik taraf kemudahan pengeluaran dengan memasang teknologi baharu yang boleh meningkatkan produktiviti serta kualiti produk keluaran syarikat. Syarikat juga bimbang tentang kemelesatan ekonomi global yang mungkin menjejaskan keuntungannya. Sebuah syarikat pesaing tempatan telah berjaya menggunaken. teknologi tersebut dan mendapat kedudukan yang lebih baik dalam pasaran. Walau bagaimanapun, kos memasang teknologi baharu adalah sangat tinggi. Pekerja-pekerja di ReNew Life juga menentang teknologi baharu tersebut. Pekerja percaya bahawa mereka akan kehilangan peluang untuk membuat kerja lebih masa kerana teknologi baharu tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktiviti syatikat. MATRIK : ReNew Life is a manufacturing company focusing on producing nutritional food. In response to the increase in the production costs and competition, the newly appointed CEO, Mr. Tahar Rahim planned to upgrade the production facility by installing a new technology that could improve the productivity as well as the quality of the company's products. The company was also worried about the global economic downturn that might affect its profitability. A local competitor company that had already used the new technology had shown success in gaining better position in the marketplace. However, the cost of installing the new technology was very high. The employees of ReNew Life were also against this new technology. Workers believed that they would lose the opportunity to earn overtime as the new technology could improve the company's productivity. They were also afraid that they might eventually lose their jobs. a) _Jelaskan jenis perubahan yang dialami oleh ReNew Life. Explain the type of change experienced by ReNew Life.
