Resourse Person’s Profile

Dr. Najmonnisa is a Ph.D. in Education and her area of specialization is Teacher
Education. She had served the field of Education and Research for more than 20 years
and is currently heading the Department of Education at SZABIST. She has conducted
several successful workshops on teachers’ development, the implantation and promotion
of research culture among her students and catering the needs of novice researchers is one
of her biggest contributions in the field of research and development in the discipline of
Education.
