    Go to transaction code SM30. Enter the view name as V_T5W67_2009.

    Select SARS Code 2040 and click on Expand <-> Collapse button.
    Remove the Tick mark in Mandatory Checkbox for the record which is valid from 01.03.2009.
    Save the change in a Workbench Transport Request.
