Replacement List for Annual Transfers - 2016

This refers to the circular number 01-14 /2016 and earlier communications dated 25/01/2016,
29/01/2016, 02/02/2016, 05/02/2016, 10/02/2016 & 23/02/2016 regarding the temporary
transfers of Acting Consultants (who have completed both local and foreign training) and
Senior Registrars (who have completed local training).

The following temporary transfers are hereby ordered as shown against the names of each
officer.

The transfers are ordered with immediate effect. Officers should be released with replacements
or with internal covering up arrangements.

Posts that remain vacant in each discipline after allocations are made from the replacement list
will be immediately filled by those who have now completed foreign or local training.
