 ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to design a system to help reduce the man power needed in

Our Lady of Fatima University Pampanga to facilitate an enrollment process. Most of the

schools here in our country in this days already have a high-end technology regarding to online

enrollment system that help them to lessen the works of staff, faculty and students. It also

reduces human errors and processing time where students need not to go to school that came far

away from school like Macabebe and Masantol, Pampanga and just wait too long to have an

advise from their respective program heads; heading to accounting and going to registrar to

encode their subjects. So, researchers proposed this system application by just downloading or

logging on the internet, it may help everyone to access easily the enrollment process and this will

provide a more convenient ways to cater not only the needs of the students but also the

administration as a whole. Nowadays, having an online enrollment system helps the

Universities/Colleges on how to make the enrollment process run smoothly and with precise.
 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The goal of this study is to fulfill a better system that will serve as more reliable and

convenient in registering and enrolling students in Our Lady of Fatima University, Pampanga.

The study will show the disadvantages and advantages of having an online enrollment system.

The study will show the innovation of registration and enrollment system from traditional to

high-technology. The study will work for the purpose of revealing the mechanics of the said

system.

The researchers well provide a design to make the enrollment and collection of fees of

the students easy and fast. It lessens the enrollment activities in Our Lady of Fatima University,

Pampanga. It will be convenient and easy to the students to enroll when they are out of town or

vacation and will not be needed their appearance unless there are some verification or problems

that need their presence. It benefits the school by reducing man power and producing a high-

quality service by reducing human errors and processing time.

The user interface provides ease through its organized interface, functionality and with

their own time and desired place. The administering side provides efficiency in keeping and

gathering the records. The system will have four parts. The user account, the administrator

account which is the registrar, the bank account and faculty account. In the user account, user

was logged in as guests when they are incoming students of Our Lady of Fatima University,

Pampanga or logged in by using their Student ID when they are old students. They may register

and enroll through filling up the available computerized forms. The administrators may interface

with the data in every way. In the bank account, this will serve as the collector of fees instead of

the manual payment in the accounting. The faculty account, this will inform the program heads
on how many students enroll in their departments and also capabilities to advise and assess the

students on adding subjects; and it is easy for the faculty to print and know their students already

in respective subjects.
