a later value date interest-free only at the indicated value date.
In accordance with No. 11 para. 4 of our General Business Conditions we kindly ask you to verify the information stated overleaf
regarding correctness and completeness. Please raise any objections immediately with our internal audit department.
Any objections concerning the incorrectness or incompleteness of a periodic balance statement must be raised by the client not
later than six weeks after its receipt. Failure to make objections in due time will be considered as approval (No. 7 para. 2 of the
General Business Conditions).
Cheques, bills of exchange and coupons will be credited to your account on condition of payment. Payments of cheques or other
items for collection will be debited to your account subject to a reverse entry until expiry of the second day following the booking
date.
Security statement
Please verify the content regarding completeness and correctness. Any objections have to be raised immediately after receipt
preferably in written form or within the premises of the bank.
Reporting according to Foreign Trade Ordinance (AWV)
Reports according to AWV will be made by UBS Deutschland AG if legally required. Exception: Residents are kindly requested to
observe the notification duty according to AWV when making/receiving payments to/from non-residents of more than

Estado de cuenta
El balance de cuenta del día indicado también contiene posiciones con fechas de valor posteriores. Usted puede disponer de
créditos con fecha de valor posterior sin intereses solo en la fecha de valor indicada.
De acuerdo al Nº 11 par. 4 de nuestras condiciones generales de contratación le pedimos muy comedidamente la verificación de
la exactitud y la totalidad de los estados de cuenta. De haber alguna objeción por favor contacte inmediatamente a nuestro
departamento interno de auditoría.
Cualquier objeción en cuanto a la exactitud o la totalidad de un estado de cuenta debe ser comunicada por Usted a más tardar
seis semanas después de la entrega del mismo. De no recibir objeciones durante el tiempo estipulado el banco procederá a dar
por aprobado el balance (Nº 7 par. 2 de las condiciones generales de contratación).
Cheques, facturas de cambio y cupones serán acreditados a su cuenta con reserva al pago. El pago de cheques u otras posiciones
por colectar serán debitados a su cuenta con reserva a la anulación hasta el segundo día después de la fecha del registro.
Estado de títulos valores
Por favor verifique el contenido en cuanto a la exactitud y la totalidad de títulos valores. De haber alguna objeción, esta debe ser
comunicada de inmediato después de la entrega preferiblemente por escrito o en nuestras oficinas.
Reportes de acuerdo con el régimen de comercio exterior Außenwirtschaftsverordnung (AWV)
Reportes de acuerdo al AWV serán realizados por UBS Deutschland AG de ser legalmente requeridos. Excepción: pedimos muy
comedidamente a los residentes tomar en cuenta la obligación de notificación en el AWV cuando se haga/reciba pagos hacia/de
no residentes de más de EUR 12.500,00 (o el mismo valor en otra divisa). Información gratuita puede ser obtenida de la
Deutsche Bundesbank (Banco Central Alemán) bajo el número telefónico 0800-1234111.
Information adicional
Salvo indicación en contrario los negocios efectuados son negocios en comisión. La hora de ejecución se indica en CET-Central
European Time (Hora de Europa Central).
