RESIGNATION-1 MONTH NOTICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I will be resigning from my position as Document Controller at
Chungkuo Chemical No.7 (M) Sdn. Bhd. Please accept this as formal notice of my resignation
with effect within 1 month from the date of the letter as per above or on the 26nd May 2018,
whichever more appropriate. I am aware that my short notice of resignation might cause
inconvenience on your end but your understanding in this matter is highly appreciated.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the company for giving me the opportunity to work
with a professional corporate entity. I appeal to you and the company to allow me to move forward
into this notice, and I am hoping that you would understand the reason from my end.
