    SUBJECT : NOTICE TO VACATE

    Dear Mr. Purkis,

    Our Finance and Administration Department has informed us that


    despite the Final Demand Letter we sent you dated January 10, 2018,
    demanding payment of PRESCORP’s outstanding obligations amounting
    to FORTY FIVE MILLION NINETY THOUSAND TWENTY SEVEN AND
    04/00 PESOS (PHP45,090,027.04), as of December 31, 2017, the same
    remains unpaid.

    Accordingly, PRESCORP, is hereby given FIVE (5) DAYS within


    which to VACATE and SURRENDER the leased premises to XYZ. If you
    fail to vacate and surrender the leased premises within the given period,
    NDC shall file all actions necessary to protect and enforce its interest.
