CONFORMITY

(To the proposal of the Accused Patricia and Teresita Vargas to enter a plea
of guilty to a lesser offense of Simple Theft)

THE DENR, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1. Pursuant to the accused’s proposal of plea bargaining, this office

through Alejandro K. Bautista, CENR Officer, hereby gives its
conformity to the above-mentioned proposal;

2. This conformity however, is subject to the condition that should the

accused later on avail of the benefit of probation, the DENR prays that
a condition be imposed directing each accused to plant four hundred
(400) seedlings of any kind, depending on availability, in coordination
with any People’s Organization (P.O) allocated with an NGP
(National Greening Program) project, during the entire duration of the
probation under the direct control and supervision of the CENR
officer concerned.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, conformity to the proposal of the

accused is hereby submitted.
