Job Description:
 Create HRD systems and ensure its implementation.
 Development and management of the human resources and create work
culture, developing policies and procedures for employees across hospital
and medical college.
 Development of operational plans for hospital under the guidance of Medical
Superintendent.
 Keep staff levels appropriate to be in compliance with the regulatory bodies
(MCI, UGC) minimum standard requirement and plan the long-term employee
needs of the organization.
 Make sure that the organization policies are in alignment with the statutory laws
and conduct training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory
compliances.
 Manage and control HR process electronically via HRIS/HIS and increase work
efficiency.
 Develop performance systems and training programs.
 Maintain open communication relationship with head of departments and other
staff.
 Monitor and control the entire HRD system and processes and take
accountability.
 Support and advise the line managers relating HR issues.

Personnel Officer
Job Description:
 To work closely together with the key manager to ensure that HR is aligned with
the business strategy.
 Recruitment and selection – direct and manage the recruitment and selection
process of faculty, nurses and other staff and also train line executives in
interviewing and assessment procedures.
 Hands-on responsibilities for bringing employees on board, managing their
paperwork, approving leave requests, handling grievances and overseeing
the departure of employees.
 Review and manage performance management processes of HR.
 Identify and plan HR requirements for the organization.
 Perform training needs assessment and monitor the training programs.
 Labour mediation grievance handling.
 Claim handling.

Assistant Manager HR
Job Description:
 Implement people management processes under supervision of HR Manager.
 Works in areas of training and development, coaching and evaluation.
 Implement and manage performance management processes to support
business goals.
 Compile statistical data and create/prepare reports and analysis using the
existing systems and records.
 Developing and administering human resource plans and procedures like
succession planning career mapping etc. relating to organizational staff.
 Ensuring the rosters made for medical and non-medical staff is appropriately
implemented.

 Planning, organizing and controlling the activities and actions of the HR

HR Executive
Job Description:
 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
 Provide clerical and administrative support to HR department.
 Compile and update employee records (hard copy and soft copy).
 Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
(Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
 Management of human resources metrics – produce reports on key metrics,
including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover of Staff (Hospital
and Medical College).

 Coordinate HR projects (Meeting, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.


 Deal with employee requests regarding human resource issues, rules and
regulations etc.
 Assist payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves etc.)
 Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.

Job Description:
 Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
 Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order
to determine product availability and terms of sale.
 Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies of equipment.
 Control purchasing department budgets.
 Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
and forecast levels of demand for services and products.
 Keep a constant check o stock levels.
 Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of the best
value, delivery schedules and quality.
