b. Completed at least one Civil Construction work (Building) or Similar nature of work in
Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last 03 years preceding the date of
submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value: Tk.300.00 lacs in a single

c. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 05 years preceding the date of
submission of tender shall be: greater than Tk.350.00 lacs
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer
shall be: Tk.150.00 lacs in a single work order
e. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents
stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
