Weight Variation Calculation for 42x 0.06 mm PVC Packing Tape

We take constant Wight 12 ton for soft & hard PVC Packing Tape
42x0.060 (Soft) =3.15 gm/m
42x0.07 (Hard) =3.50 gm/m
For Soft,
So, 1 meter =3.15 gm
=0.00000315 ton

12 ton =3809523.81 meter

For Hard,
So, 1 meter =3.50 gm
=0.0000035 ton

12 ton =3428571.429 meter

So, the difference is= (3809523.81-3428571.429) =380952.381 meter

380952.381 meter is soft= (380952.381x3.15) =1200 kg

380952.381 meter is Hard= (380952.381x3.50) =1333.33 kg
Weight Increase= (1333.33-1200) = 133.33 kg but length decrease.

We can get more length if we decrease thickness of hard PVC Packing Tape
1 meter =0.00315 kg (soft poly)
So, 133.33 kg= (133.33 / 0.00315) = 42326.98 meter

Note: For increasing thickness of PVC Packing Tape weight varied and our length will be
short which approximately 42326.98 meter.

We take constant Wight 12 ton for soft & hard PVC Packing Tape
82x0.060 (Soft) =6.10 gm/m
82x0.07 (Hard) =6.43 gm/m
For Soft,
So, 1 meter =6.10 gm
=0.0000061 ton

12 ton =1967213.115 meter

For Hard,
So, 1 meter =6.43 gm
=0.00000643 ton

12 ton =1866251.944 meter

So, the difference is= (1967213.115 - 1866251.944) =100961.17 meter

100961.17 meter is soft= (100961.17 x 6.10) = 615.86 kg

100961.17 meter is Hard= (100961.17 x 6.43) = 649.18 kg
Weight Increase= (649.18 -615.86) x 1.95 = 33.32 x 1.95 = 64.97 kg but length decrease.
[Width increment factor= 82mm/42mm =1.95]

We can get more length if we decrease thickness of hard PVC Packing Tape
1 meter =0.0061 kg (soft poly)
So, 64.97 kg= (64.97 / 0.0061) = 9697.015 meter

Note: For increasing thickness of PVC Packing Tape weight varied and our length will be
short which approximately 9697.015 meter.
