With reference to the title above, I would like to request for my kid, _______ of Year____, to
be given the permission to wear athletic shoes as the alternative to the school uniform dress code of
the regular black school shoes. This is because he suffers from the postural deformity know
commonly as Flat feet. The allowance of him wearing athletic shoes will aid him from the feeling of
discomfort and allow for better mobility.
