Mr. Manoj Yadav, Executive Officer, Municipal Council,

Rewari is present in Court. He submits that at the time of sealing, he was

not the Executive Officer of the concerned Municipal Council. Dr. Arwind

Walia was the Executive Officer of the Municipal Council at the relevant

point of time and now he has been posted at Municipal Corporation,

Ambala.

This Court called upon him to go through the file and apprise

whether there was any order of sealing or not, the answer was in negative.

He is directed to remove the seals immediately. However, Dr.

Arwind Walia, Executive Officer, Municipal Corporation, Ambala is

directed to be present in Court on the adjourned date. Mr. Manoj Yadav is

also directed to bring the file to render assistance to this Court.

Adjourned to 27.01.2017.

However, the order of de-sealing would not permit the

petitioner to carry on the commercial activity and in case it is found, the

same may be brought to the notice of this Court through an appropriate

application.
