Instruction when using the BPI Express Assist (BEA).

1. Choose BILLS PAYMENT.
2. Choose OTHER MERCHANTS.
3. For the REFERENCE NUMBER, key in the Statement of Account (SOA) number found at
the upper-right corner of the SOA. In the absence of the SOA, key in the COMPANY
NAME/PARTICIPANT’S NAME and the PROGRAM NAME.
4. At the counter, advise the teller that the merchant name is ASIAN INSTITUTE OF
MANAGEMENT or AIM

Send a scanned copy of the deposit slip or duly accomplished remittance application to
fsgcashier@aim.edu copy furnished (cc) aim.admissions@myapps.aim.edu to facilitate
identification and acknowledgement of your payment. Indicate your full name and the name of the
program you are paying for.
