The Japanese Ministry of Labour has extended the validity of Lloyd's Register’s Authorisation to carry out inspection of certain types of boilers and pressure vessels on their behalf until 11 May 2000, 2. The Ministry has granted authorisation in accordance with the relevant Paragraphs of the Japanese Ordinance on “The Safety of Boilers and Pressure Vessels” and the Japanese Ordinance on “The Examination of Machinery and Other Equipment”.
