To Design A Template :

1. open report builder

2. click on ok
3. now to generate XML out file

4. Now enter File name to save and click on Save button

5. now following file be saved on desktop

6. now open MSword and click on

7. now select xml file

8. now click on

9. now click on
10. now click on Next

11. now select group and click on Next

12. now move the required fields for your Template

13. now click on Next NextFinish

14. following Template will appear

15. now click on

16. CLICK ON OK BUTTON

17. type the file name following preview will open
