To our valued distributors and resellers:

We are proud of the evolution of our Radware products and continue to make improvements to better serve you and your
customers.

As a result, Radware has decided to discontinue the sale of LinkProof Branch as we continue to expand and enhance
our product line with our leading Alteon appliance.

LinkProof Branch is replaced by LinkProof NG on OnDemand Switch VL.

The following terms apply to this End of Sale announcement:

1. Ordering and Quoting EoS Products

 You may continue to order these items until the EoS date.
 Any quotes between this notice and the EoS date will be valid for 30 days.
 Quotes will no longer be valid after the EoS date.
 Use recommended AppGuard Product offering in preparing new quotes.

2. Hardware and Software Support

 Support and spare parts for LinkProof Branch will continue to be available.
 EoS software is no longer available on the Radware web site, but can be requested from Radware Technical
Support.

3. Migrating from LinkProof Branch Alteon

 Existing LinkProof Branch customers may contact Radware sales personal to receive migration offer.

4. Certainty Support
 Certainty Support will continue for three years after this EoS announcement as follows:

o End of Sales as of January, 1st 2017

o End of Maintenance as of January, 1st 2019
o End of Support as of January, 1st 2020
