Qc In— Charge Shall report to construction Manager/Project Manager administratively & nto HO FOR technical matters and shall be Responsible For proper implementation of procedure , verifies & countersigns reports. 5.0.0 METHODOLOGY The format of the Pipe book shall be duly filled by CIPL and clearance obtained from at the three stages as indicated below. 5.1.0 PART-A This part of clearance shall be obtained for lowering of pipe string into the trench 5.2.0 PART-B This part of clearance shall be obtained for final hydro-test of Pipeline. CIPL shall submit to 1OCL for checking at least ten days in advance. CIPL shall submit to IOCL for checking at least ten days in advance. All columns of the pipe book shall be filled by CIPL based on the daily inspection Reports signed by the representatives of IOCL.
