“ TGN Realty Corporation, Petitioner vs Villa Teresa Homeowners Association Inc.”

On September 2,, 1997 the Villa Teresa Homeowner Association Inc., submitted a letter to TGN
Realty Corporation though counsel about their complaints and demands on their subdivision. The
Villa Teresa Subdivision is owned and developed by TGN Realty Corporation starting August
22, 1966.
On September 22, 1997, the TGN Realty Corporation issued a letter explaining the reasons why
they don’t develop or renovate everything on the list of demand of Villa Teresa Homeowner
Association Inc. One of the demands of Villa Teresa Homeowner Association Inc. is the
immediate opening of Aureo Street and closed section of Flora Avenue where the TGN Realty
Corporation explained on their response that the said street was turned over to the Holy Angel
University even before their construction and development of Villa Teresa Subdivision and never
opened to the public.
On October 17, 1997, the Villa Teresa Homeowner Association Inc., filed complaint with the
Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board because the TGN Realty Corporation ignore their
demands. While on December 10, 1997, the TGN Realty Corporation filed a counterclaim and
explained the letter they issued on September 22, 19997 to answer the demands of Villa Teresa
Homeowner Association Inc., and they insisted a 132,000 php for moral damage, attorney’s fee
and their appearance per hearing because the filed complain of Villa Teresa Homeowner
Association Inc., was malicious for them.
